Ontario Phase 3 Reopening

With Ontario’s phase 3 now in effect in most of Ontario, we at Platinum Air Care excited to be fully open back to our regular hours of 9:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday, closed on weekends except for emergency calls and appointments.

Platinum Air Care is ready and equipped to serve

Fully ready with all necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and disinfectants. Our staff is practicing new safety protocols in-office and out on the field. Technicians Safety Regulations - To stay as safe as possible, our technicians are equipped PPE such as single-use gloves, shoe covers, masks and face shields, hand sanitizers, alcohol-based disinfectant sprays and wipes. But being equipped means nothing without regular use of these materials. Our technicians disinfect themselves and their tools before and after entering your home using sprays and wipes.

Safety isn’t one-sided

We can all do our part to reduce spread and keep Ontario open, we ask that our customers also practice the the safety precautions listed on www.ontario.ca/covid, and things such as wiping your door handles before and after our technician enters and leaves your home. If you do not have any face masks or coverings, please let us know before your appointment and our technician can provide you with a sealed and disposable face mask during their visit free of charge if desired.
