If you are looking for a replacement remote control give us a call or email and we can send you one out immediately. When it comes to other replacement parts it can be complicated to know what part is needed without a proper technician diagnosing the problem. If you are looking for replacement negative ion generators, power buttons, fan motors, electronic cells, power supply, and LED light indicators you should contact us directly.

Note: If your electronic air purifier has a light flashing or blinking red light indicator, it does not mean it needs part replacement. Stop the operation by unplugging the unit, and replugging it back in; reset the unit using the remote control and it may work correctly again.
