Since 1999, Platinum Air Care has provided air quality solutions that are intended to improve indoor air quality. These products are not a substitute for other precautions as outlined by Government Officials or health officials such as Health Canada, World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other authorities for preventing the transmission of viruses, bacteria, and other airborne contaminants.

Platinum Air Care does not claim that its products will protect people from all methods of viruses, bacteria, and other airborne contaminant transmission and excludes itself from liability for loss or damage arising from such claims or the consequences arising out of the application or misuse of its products.
